Dr. Justin Mauch Joins Altru Health System

Grand Forks, N.D. – Justin Mauch, MD is joining the radiology team at Altru Health System and specializes in neuroradiology. He practices diagnostic imaging of the brain and spine, utilizing all imaging modalities within radiology to help diagnose conditions involving the neurological system. He will also perform minimally invasive image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
“I try my best to understand the needs and perspective of the patient to provide thoughtful and high-quality care,” states Dr. Mauch. “I give the patient the same respect and treatment as I would a member of my own family.”
Dr. Mauch earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks, ND. After a one-year internship at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND, he completed both his diagnostic radiology residency and neuroradiology fellowship at Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, MN.
Outside of work, Dr. Mauch enjoys spending time with family and friends, running and playing hockey and golf. He grew up a fan of UND hockey and enjoys watching them play.
