Dr. Lovita Scrimshaw Joins Altru’s Emergency Medicine Team

Grand Forks, N.D. – Lovita Scrimshaw, DO has joined Altru as an emergency medicine physician. Her special practices and procedures include critical and trauma care, wound management, airway management and intubation, and more.
Dr. Scrimshaw earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine education from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Va. She completed her residency training at Western Michigan University in emergency medicine. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with family.
