Altru Health Foundation Welcomes Lauren Denton and Brittany Caillier

Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru Health Foundation welcomes Lauren Denton, Director of Philanthropy, and Brittany Caillier, Manager of Philanthropy, to their team.
As Director of Philanthropy, Lauren is responsible for leading and expanding Altru Health Foundation’s philanthropic initiatives.
“The opportunity to join Altru, a dynamic and innovative community-focused health system, is a privilege,” says Denton. “I am excited about our future and have optimism about the current and new relationships we are creating to transform healthcare and meet the challenges of the next decade for the benefit of our loved ones, friends, and neighbors.”
Most recently, Lauren served as executive director of The Foundation at Kittitas Valley Healthcare, a rural health system in Washington State. She brings her passion for integrated rural healthcare and a decade of experience working in healthcare philanthropy, connecting donors to increase access and quality of care. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Colorado State University focused on population health, and in her free time enjoys watching baseball games and sailing.
As Manager of Philanthropy, Brittany plays a key role in implementing the success of Altru Health Foundation’s mission by driving the organization’s philanthropic partnerships.
“I am honored and excited to be embarking on Altru’s bold new era through our meaningful work at Altru Health Foundation,” says Caillier. “I look forward to inspiring bold generosity that will have a lasting impact on our patients and transform our community as a whole.”
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Organizational Communications, and Writing from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn. She has prior work experience in private family philanthropy, major gift development, and personal finance. In her free time, Brittany loves exploring the Greenway, attempting DIY projects, and enjoying her husband’s cooking. She also serves on the boards of Valley Memorial Foundation and North Dakota Ballet Company.
