Altru Welcomes Executive Vice President, Regional Development

Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru announces the position of executive vice president, regional development, and the hire of Reed E. Reyman, ED.S. The executive vice president, regional development will provide leadership to all regional locations, oversee the delivery of quality patient care and continue to build relationships with regional partners while aligning all services available through the Mayo Clinic Care Network with patients in the region.
Reyman joins Altru from western North Dakota where he has spent the past ten years as President and CEO of a 25-bed community hospital and health system. Reed has a visionary leadership style with strong communication skills. He understands and is passionate about the availability of appropriate healthcare in regional locations by using physician alignment strategies, clinical integrations, and outreach services. Reyman says, “I am looking forward to working with the Altru leadership team. Rural healthcare is unique and critical access hospitals are dynamically important to healthcare delivery. I am excited for the chance to assist with meeting the healthcare needs of patients in northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota.”
Reyman brings a depth of knowledge in rural healthcare, advocacy, and operational leadership. He will begin at Altru in September 2019.
