Altru Hosts Free Screening Event For Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Grand Forks, N.D. - Altru is hosting a free screening event for Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Wednesday, Oct. 18 from 5 – 8 p.m. at Altru Cancer Center. Altru is partnering with Women’s Way to provide informational resources and free mammograms for those who qualify.

“Screenings are a lifesaving tool for our patients,” said Dr. Grant Seeger, radiation oncologist at Altru Cancer Center. “Catching cancer early, can make a significant difference and save lives.”

This event is open to all who are interested in learning more about breast health.
