Heather Strandell Named to Top 25 Women in Business by Prairie Business

We are proud to announce that Heather Strandell, senior director of clinic operations, has been named to Prairie Business’ 2023 Top 25 Women in Business list (see page 24)! Prairie Business magazine's annual Top 25 Women in Business list is a celebration of female professionals who boast impressive accomplishments, community involvement and work histories.

Within the community, Heather is incredibly generous with her time, talents and financial contributions. She is committed to many important efforts to ensure a safe, vibrant community.

Heather has held leadership positions at Altru Health System since 2004. She began her career at Altru as the manager of utilization management and managed care, then was promoted to administrative director of care management in 2012. Since then, she’s held director positions through Altru’s Kaizen promotion office and primary care. Her current role is the senior director of clinic operations.

Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UND in 1993 and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Mary.
