Altru NP in Neurology Named Provider of the Quarter

LeAnne exemplifies going above and beyond through her dedication to excellence and her willingness to step in wherever she is needed. Known for always saying “yes” when patients need timely access to care, LeAnne routinely adds patients to her schedule to ensure they receive the care they need, when they need it.

“LeAnne is incredibly deserving of this recognition. Her patient-first mindset, collaborative spirit, and willingness to step in set powerful examples for our entire organization,” shared Rhonda Enger, director of Specialty Care Operations. 

A colleague who nominated LeAnne shared, “LeAnne knows that winning as a team builds strong relationships and leads to the success of the entire department.” She actively fosters a positive team culture by planning team-building activities, celebrating her colleagues, and participating in the Provider Wellness team.

LeAnne’s impact extends beyond Altru’s walls. She demonstrates Altru’s mission and vision through community involvement, including participating in the Alzheimer’s Walk and presenting on dementia to increase awareness and education.

These actions reflect LeAnne’s deep compassion for others and her dedication to her work. As her nominator noted, “She consistently puts others first and leads by example through kindness.” Her dedication, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to Altru’s Mission, Vision, and Values make her highly deserving of this recognition.
