Altru Receives Milspouse Recognition from U.S. Veterans Magazine

Altru has been named a 2026 Top Milspouse Employer by U.S. Veterans Magazine, recognizing the organization’s commitment to recruiting, supporting and retaining military spouses.

The annual list highlights employers across the nation that demonstrate meaningful support for military families through hiring and retention practices, spouse- and veteran-focused benefits, onboarding programs, employee resource groups, nonprofit partnerships and other initiatives. Honorees are selected through a national evaluation process that includes formal survey submissions, independent research, and publicly verified information.
