If you have difficulty traveling for a doctor visit, or if you need specialist care that isn’t available locally, telemedicine technology provides live, interactive video and audio between you and your doctor or specialist, even from many miles away. You’ll need a smartphone or tablet for a video visit, and you can request a video visit through your active MyChart account.

Express Video Visits are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After hours? Visit one of our Express clinic locations or call our nurse advice line at 701.780.6358 for assistance scheduling an Express Video Visit during hours of operation.
Video visits can be requested by patients through their active MyChart account on their smartphone or tablet. For the best possible experience, we encourage patients to use the MyChart app on their smartphone or tablet.
Patients will be asked to log into their MyChart account and then follow the prompt to request their video visit. Patients must complete the visit pre-check work before connecting with a provider.
