Pharmacy Residency Leadership Team
Sage Voglewede
After residency, Sage joined Altru in 2021 as an inpatient pharmacist. He moved into the pharmacy's clinical coordinator role in 2023 and will serve as the residency program director.
During his free time he enjoys spending time with family, connecting with friends, playing tennis, and reading a good book. One of his favorite travel activities is exploring and hiking in the national parks.
He is excited to give back to the profession with another opportunity for motivated pharmacists to build upon their degree. He plans for the residents to graduate with not only greater knowledge and skills, but also the understanding that they can make a difference.
Stephanie Seibel-Nibbe
Stephanie joined Altru after completing her residency in 2017. She is a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist, specializing in critical care since 2021.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and their yellow lab, Doc.
She is enthusiastic about teaching and is looking forward to mentoring the next generation of pharmacists.
Kyrsten Karsky
Kyrsten has been part of the Altru family since 2016, starting as a staff pharmacist and working her way up to manager of the inpatient pharmacy in 2023.
She loves staying connected with her team and continuing to grow her skills by staffing occasionally. When she is not at work, you can find her traveling the world, trying new baking recipes, or diving into a good book.
She is very excited for the upcoming residency program and the opportunity to grow alongside our residents!
