Pediatric bladder & bowel management (also known as pelvic floor dysfunction) includes various conditions that arise when the pelvic floor muscles (PFM) do not function properly with the bladder, leading to holding urine, frequent urination or leaks. Early identification and treatment can greatly improve your child's well-being. Having a specific diagnosis from your doctor does not change the plan of care; however, we can use them to provide as a treatment guide.
